Welcome to Moody Creations. (DBA Boxed Thanks) By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks creates personalized and custom products. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, the finished product may have minor variations in color, placement, texture, engraving, printing, or other characteristics.

These variations are a normal part of the customization and production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

2. Customization & Digital Proofs

For orders requiring a digital proof, a proof will be provided for customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their proof for:

• Names and spelling

• Dates and numbers

• Colors

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Personalization details

• Design placement

• Other information included in the proof

Production will not begin until the proof has been approved and the order has been paid in full.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations generally cannot be made. Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks is not responsible for errors that were included in an approved proof or for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Customer-Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any names, photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other materials they provide to Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks are accurate and that they have permission to use those materials.

By submitting content to us, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks reserves the right to refuse an order or requested design that we reasonably believe infringes upon another person's or company's intellectual property rights or otherwise violates applicable law.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or product-description errors that may occur on the website. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added when required.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Because our products are personalized and made to order, processing times may vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered.

We will make every reasonable effort to ship orders within 14 business days. A firm estimated ship date will be provided once the order has been placed, the digital proof has been approved, and the invoice has been paid in full.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale.

Return, refund, and cancellation requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, photographs, product images, written content, designs, and other materials created by or for Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks, is owned by Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customer-provided logos, artwork, photographs, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Product Photography & Color

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, materials, and designs on our website. However, colors may appear differently depending on a customer's monitor, phone, tablet, or other device.

Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, minor differences between product photographs, proofs, and finished products may occur.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or another customer's information.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and ordering process may use third-party services, including Wix for website hosting and Square for payment processing.

These services may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and security practices. Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks is not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party service providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability relating to any order or product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, or applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or an order placed with Moody Creations/Boxed Thanks will be subject to the applicable laws and courts of the State of Oklahoma, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
